A retainer is an ongoing monthly plan: we shoot on a regular schedule and keep your channels supplied with new posts every week. A package is a one-off batch of videos for a specific need, like a launch, listing, or event, with no monthly commitment. Many clients start with a package to see how we work, then move to a retainer once they want consistency.

Each retainer includes a set number of shoots per month, the editing, and the finished posts ready to publish. We plan the content with you ahead of each month so every shoot has a purpose. Travel outside the local area, advanced production, ad spend, community management, and automation are quoted separately.

Before the shoot, we agree on a short plan of what we're capturing and where. On the day, we come to your location and film efficiently so your business keeps running around us. Most shoots capture enough footage for several posts, which is why one shoot can supply multiple pieces of content.

No. Plenty of strong content is product, location, process, and team footage. If you or your staff are comfortable on camera, we'll guide you through it, but it's an option, not a requirement.

Edited videos and photos are shared digitally, formatted for the platforms you use. You review them, request any changes within the agreed scope, and approve before anything is published. You own the delivered files; raw project files can be discussed as part of scope.

That depends on the plan. Retainers range from two to four shoots and eight to sixteen posts a month. If you only need content occasionally, a package lets you book a batch whenever you need it.

We start with a short call to understand your business, customers, and goals, then confirm the scope in writing. From there we plan the first month of content and book the first shoot, which typically happens within a few weeks depending on schedules and season.

Yes, plans can be adjusted as your needs change. Pausing and scheduling changes are handled directly with us, and the terms are confirmed in writing before work begins.
