Common questions

Answers before you ask.

What happens after the initial call?

We send a short written scope covering the pages, features, price, and timeline. Once you approve it, we gather your content and brand files, then move into design and build. You'll see progress along the way rather than waiting until the end.

How long does a website take?

Most standard websites are completed in approximately 2 weeks after the initial call. That depends on scope, the number of revision rounds, and how quickly we receive the materials we need. Larger builds or late content can extend the timeline, and we confirm dates up front.

What do we need to provide?

Your logo and brand files, photos if you have them, details about your services, and access to your domain or existing accounts. We can help shape the copy, but you approve every published claim. Fast access to these is the biggest factor in hitting the timeline.

How do revisions work?

You review the design and the built site before launch and send consolidated feedback. Revision rounds included in your project are set out in the written scope. Changes beyond that, or new features, are quoted before any work happens.

Will the site work on phones?

Yes. Every site we build is designed and tested to work on phones, tablets, and desktops. Most local customers find you on their phone, so we treat mobile as the main experience, not an afterthought.

What's the difference between a landing page and a lead funnel?

A landing page is one focused page for a single campaign or offer, with a clear call to action. A lead funnel is the full path around it: the page, the form, and what happens after someone inquires, so interest turns into booked conversations.

Who handles hosting, maintenance, and updates?

We can set up hosting and launch the site for you, with accounts in your name wherever possible. After launch, the optional care plan starts at $100/month and includes up to 30 minutes of minor edits each month, which can cover copy swaps, image changes, small content or layout updates, and basic upkeep. Larger redesigns or new features are quoted separately.

Who owns the domain and website?

You do. Domains and accounts are set up in your name wherever possible, so you're never locked in.

How does payment work?

Prices start from the amounts shown above and the final price is fixed in the written scope before work begins. The payment schedule is confirmed in that scope as well, so there are no surprises.

Can you work with our existing site?

Often, yes, when the platform allows it. We assess your current site on the first call and recommend whether to improve it or rebuild.
